A külföldi bizonyítványok és oklevelek elismeréséről szóló 2001. évi C. törvény 67. § (2) bekezdésének f) pontjában kapott felhatalmazás alapján, az oktatási és kulturális miniszter feladat- és hatásköréről szóló 167/2006. (VII. 28.) Korm. rendelet 1. §-ának a) pontjában meghatározott feladatkörömben eljárva, a következőket rendelem el:
1. § Azon szakmai szövetségek és szervezetek felsorolását, amelyek tagjai által gyakorolt szakmák az európai közösségi jog alapján szabályozott szakmának minősülnek e rendelet melléklete tartalmazza.
2. § Ez a rendelet a szakmai képesítések elismeréséről szóló, az Európai Parlament és a Tanács 2005/36/EK irányelv (2005. szeptember 7.) I. mellékletének, valamint a szakmai képesítések elismeréséről szóló 2005/36/EK európai parlamenti és tanácsi irányelv I. mellékletéről szóló 2009/C 111/01 EK bizottsági közleménynek (2009. május 15.) való megfelelést szolgálja.
3. § (1) Ez a rendelet a kihirdetését követő 15. napon lép hatályba, rendelkezéseit a hatálybalépésekor folyamatban levő ügyekre is alkalmazni kell.
(2) Hatályát veszti a 37/2007. (XI. 13.) OKM rendelet azon szervezetek felsorolásáról, amelyek tagjai által gyakorolt szakmák az európai közösségi jog alapján szabályozott szakmának minősülnek.
